Bugsy is a big chubby panda bear that is made from soft dense teal and mustard faux fur with his foot pad in mustard cashmere and matching inner ears and a needle felted nose.

As with all Kaycee Bears they are 5 way wobble jointed scissor sculpted by hand and hand painted by Kelsey herself. Plus the trademark crystal in the heal of the foot pad.

These bears are for collectors and therefore not a toy. We do not recommend this product for children under the age of 14.
